The control panel is installed in the workplace of duty operator of the station (DSP) at the railway stations.

 

-          automatic connection to the radio station (shortwave or ultra shortwave bands) in ringing signal generation (conforming to the cable 1400 SW or USW 1400) with light indication connection;

-          availability of the audible warning system of the ringing signal on USW during the operation of SW radio stations

-          ability to listen through the loudspeaker to a voice message from the second radio station without disconnecting from the operating station;

-          connecting it to the single radio station of SW or USW by SW or USW buttons, when the tube is removed from the holder of a microtelephone (control panel is connected to the SW radio station in a standby mode. The priority is given to SW range);

-          automatic connection to the USW radio station, when it is switching on the cable 1400 USW

-          automatic switch-over to the SW radio station, when it is returning the handset to the holder;

-          light signaling connection of SW or USW radio station using indicators SW or USW indicators;

-          automatic call reception to the built-in control panel loudspeaker on the panel from SW or USW radio station;

-          light signaling call reception on SW or USW with DSP-SW, DSP-USW indicators;

-          radio station connection to the communication line using the TDD-SW button;

-          light signaling connection radio station to the dispatcher line communication line by a TDD-SW indicator;

-          transferring a radio station to receiving mode by lifting the handset of a microtelephone from a holder;

-          transferring  a radio station to the transmission mode by pressing the Talk-listen button when the hand set is removed from the microtelephone holder;

-          placing a call to the locomotive driver by pressing the LOCK when the hand set is removed from the microtelephone holder;

-          placing a call to the duty operator of the adjacent wayside station attendant by pressing the "DSP" when the hand set is removed from the microtelephone holder;

-          placing a call to the head repairs by pressing the REM when the hand set  is removed from the microtelephone holder;

-          smooth audio volume control of dynamic loudspeaker from the rated value to the maximum when the hand set  is removed from the microtelephone holder. Volume (when there is input signal) is close to the maximum value in the standby mode;

-          two-way simplex communication using the microtelephone handset
